My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the bright side, the place was incredibly quiet with no disturbances at all, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short of expectations, and the breakfast served was far from satisfactory, mainly due to a malfunctioning pancake machine that desperately needed to be repaired. Despite these issues, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, adding a positive touch to the experience.
The hotel had a strange odor initially but improved in the second room, offering a plug-in for computers on the lamp, an easy chair, large table, and chair. The service was exceptionally accommodating, with friendly staff at the front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping. The location was convenient to local stores, food, and a short drive to the beach, while the dining experience was good overall but lacking gravy with the biscuits. The facilities were modern and clean, providing a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is located conveniently close to local stores and food spots, making it easy to explore attractions like the Florida Springs and beaches nearby. The rooms were clean and equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, although we had issues with a working phone and a delayed extra bed. The service was friendly, but we did encounter some noise concerns initially. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities were adequate for our needs.
